Sean Gray is an accomplished Quantity Surveyor with over two decades of international experience in the construction industry. After completing his GCSEs in 1999 and a BTEC National Diploma in Engineering in 2003, Sean graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2007 with a degree in Quantity Surveying.

Sean's career began with Laing O'Rourke, where he quickly progressed from MEP Quantity Surveyor to Project Quantity Surveyor. He managed major projects across Northern England, ranging from a £35 million hotel to a £1 billion mixed-use development, showcasing his versatility and expertise.

In 2011, Sean moved to Australia, joining tier 1 contractor Built as a Contracts Administrator. There, he managed significant fit-out, high-rise residential, and commercial projects valued between €20 million and €150 million, further expanding his international experience.

Returning to Ireland in 2014, Sean briefly worked with Heron Bros. before establishing his own practice, Gray Quantity Surveyors. The firm offers a comprehensive range of services to private developers, specialist contractors, main contractors, and private clients.

Under Sean's leadership, Gray Quantity Surveyors has successfully diversified its portfolio, handling projects across healthcare, residential, retail, new build, and refurbishment sectors. The practice's success stems from Sean's exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to client service.
